What is Peach?
Peach is a one-stop platform for wellness creators to start and manage their wellness business. It offers features such as bookings, payments, membership management, invoicing, collaborations, community engagement, marketing, accounting, and more!
Can I use Peach without a company?
Yes! If you are based in Sweden you can even get your payouts as salary - taxed and ready.
Cancellation policy
As a creator, you decide your own cancellation policy for each activity. Your participants can always cancel a class, but whether or not they get a refund depends on the terms you've set up. As a creator you can always cancel and refund bookings in the app no matter what refund policy the activity has.
How do customers cancel activities?
The easiest way for your participants to cancel a booking is with a cancellation link in the booking confirmation email. All bookings can also be found and cancelled in the app after logging in.
If someone has not used the app before but have made bookings on the web they first need to create a password. This can be done from the login page in the app.
Cancellation of Class
If you as a creator cancel an activity, all bookings will always be refunded. If you want a specific booking not to be refunded—for example, if they attend another class instead—you can cancel that booking first. Then you’ll get the option to choose whether to cancel with a refund or not.
Can I use Peach on my computer?
Customers can book activities their computer if they want to, but as a creator you manage everything relating to your business in the Peach app. Think of Peach as Instagram, but for managing your wellness business.
Can I import loyalty cards?
Sure! Just send us a list with the customers (at least email and name) and what their balance on their loyalty card is and we will import for you.
